Small evergreen tree, shrubby open rounded crown, stem is erect with reddish bark, dark green glossy foliage, small white cup flowers in Autumn, round strawberry like berries. Typical size 5m x 3m

Fruit takes 1yr to mature which are popular for jams and wines in Spain and Italy. This plant does well in a pot , having the roots constricted forces early blooms/fruits giving a excellent show.
